The Villa is on two floors and comprises of three double bedrooms (one en suite). It is furnished to a very high standard with air conditioning.

The Villa has its own private Sun Terrace located at the front and a further solarium is on the first floor. Both are equipped with patio furniture and there is a mobile BBQ.

There are enclosed landscaped gardens to both the front and rear of the property, a driveway with parking for two cars, plus a covered parking area.
